Corrections

If something here is wrong — a hotel has closed, been renamed, changed hands, dropped a facility, or is described in a way that no longer matches reality — send the detail and, if you have one, a link to something published. Corrections are the enquiries we act on fastest, and we would rather hear about a small inaccuracy than leave it standing.

Suggesting a hotel

We add properties rarely, and only within the four existing categories. If you want to suggest one, a sentence about why it belongs is worth more than a press kit. We do not accept payment for inclusion, and we will not run sponsored entries; if you are writing to offer that, please save us both the exchange.

What we can't help with

We cannot book a room, check availability, change a reservation, arrange a refund or answer a question about a stay. We have no relationship with any hotel listed and no access to anyone's booking system. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the property directly.

We also cannot give advice about gambling. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, please contact a support service in your own country.
